Welcome to ElmHealth ("Elm," the "App," or the "Service"), a product of Occidental Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ElmHealth mobile application, website, and related services.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. What ElmHealth Is
ElmHealth is a food and gastrointestinal (GI) tracking and correlation application.
The Service allows users to log:
- Meals and food intake
- Gastrointestinal symptoms
- Bowel movement data
- Related notes and observations
Based on the information you log, the App may generate informational summaries, patterns, or correlations within your personal data.
ElmHealth is designed to help users track their health information and observe potential patterns over time. Features and functionality may evolve, change, or be discontinued as the Service develops.
2. Not Medical Advice
ElmHealth does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All information, insights, summaries, or correlations generated by the App are for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
Correlation does not imply causation.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns. Do not rely on ElmHealth for medical decisions.
ElmHealth is not intended for emergency use. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
ElmHealth is not intended for use by children.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when logging data
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the Service
You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act upon any information provided by the App.
5. Data and Service Limitations
ElmHealth relies on user-provided data and automated analysis. As a result:

All ElmHealth software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Occidental Labs LLC or its licensors.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the App.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of correlations or insights
- Health outcomes
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Data preservation
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occidental Labs LLC shall not be liable for:
- Health outcomes
- Medical decisions
- Data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Decisions made based on App-generated information
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- You violate these Terms
- Continued access poses risk to the platform
- The Service is discontinued
